We are offering a Shipping Coordinator position. You will play a key role in meeting our ambitious aspirations for the future. Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Responsible for making inbound/outbound shipment arrangements
- Negotiate prices with logistic companies/shipping companies and freight forwarders to secure the best market rate
- Booking deliveries and liaising with customers as necessary
- Handling shipment clearances
- Tracking and monitoring shipments to ensure on time delivery
- Forward and follow-ups shipment invoices to Finance for payment
- Prepare reports on cargo movement and various operational logistics issues.
- Update stakeholders on the status of their shipments in transit

- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Supply Chain & Operations Management or related field
