The incumbent of this position is responsible for overall management of employees, quality, quantity, deadlines, and costs within the specified framework. The role also involves supporting and developing processes related to Eaton Business Systems (EBS), ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, and 22301 standards. Job Responsibilities

Monitoring compliance with safety laws and Eaton environmental and safety regulations, including behavioral norms such as Safety First, SLPA, and Near Miss Program. Supporting machine problem-solving activities and repairs. Optimizing and continuously improving processes in collaboration with other organizational functions. Ensuring production quality and overseeing operator inspections. Meeting the requirements of Eaton business systems within the responsible area. Fulfilling quality and management system standards. Contributing to the optimization and continuous improvement of production processes using lean tools; motivating employees towards a culture of continuous improvement. Managing material procurement, if agreed with supervisor. Coordinating with Supply Chain Management interfaces for raw materials and shipping. Providing personnel leadership and responsibility. Providing professional and disciplinary leadership. Allocating work and instructing employees. Participating actively in project teams and leading Tier meetings. Handling shift change handovers. Monitoring and supporting department KPIs such as Safety, Overall Equipment Effectiveness, and Quality. Managing spare parts and maintenance activities. Initiating escalation processes in case of issues. Managing waste, including proper separation of materials such as copper and steel. Qualifications

Relevant technical education. At least 3 years of relevant work experience. Basic technical understanding and experience with automated systems and machines. Proficiency in MS Office and SAP. Strong leadership and teamwork skills. High motivation, accuracy, and willingness to perform. Willingness to work in shifts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
