SHIFT LEADER PLASTICS MFG Qualifications
Relevant technical education At least 3 years of relevant working experience Technical knowledge of plastic molding processes and production Experience with plastic molding machines and automated systems Skills in MS-Office and SAP Leadership skills and ability to work in a team English language proficiency High motivation, accuracy, and willingness to perform Ability to work in shifts Job Summary This role involves overseeing team members, ensuring quality and quantity standards, meeting deadlines, managing manufacturing costs, participating in team meetings, and supporting ISO standards such as 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, and 22301. Job Responsibilities
Lead and supervise personnel, ensuring safety and compliance with environmental regulations Maintain, repair, and adjust production equipment Assign tasks and instruct employees Collaborate to optimize and improve processes using lean tools Ensure production quality and oversee operator inspections Meet requirements of business and quality management systems Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and GEMBA walks, including 5S and quality checks Coordinate setup changes for parts and tools #J-18808-Ljbffr
