SHIFT LEADER METAL PARTS MFG Qualifications Relevant technical education At least 3 years of working experience Basic technical understanding Experience with automated systems / plants Job Summary The incumbent in this position is responsible for overseeing employees, project team members, quality, quantity, deadlines, and costs within the given framework. They will actively participate in various project teams and support the development of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, and 22301 standards. Job Responsibilities Monitor compliance with employee protection acts, safety laws, and EATON environmental and safety regulations. Provide personnel leadership and responsibility. Maintain, repair, and adjust production facilities. Assign work and instruct employees. Optimize and continuously improve processes in collaboration with other organizational functions. Ensure production quality and oversee operator inspections. Meet the requirements of EATON's business systems in the responsible area. Fulfill the demands of quality and management systems. Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement using lean tools, motivating employees for a CI culture. Handle material procurement and order processing if agreed with supervisor. Conduct process audits using EASE software. Qualifications Relevant technical education. At least 3 years of working experience in a similar role. Basic technical understanding and experience with automated systems/plants. Proficiency in MS-Office and SAP. Leadership skills and ability to work in a team.
