Key Responsibilities
Install, service, and repair commercial kitchen equipment (ovens, fryers, grills, dishwashers, chillers, etc.)
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
Troubleshoot gas and electrical faults
Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently
Respond to breakdowns and emergency calls
Maintain basic service records
Follow safety and compliance standards
Requirements
2-5 years experience in commercial kitchen equipment maintenance
Experience with
gas & electrical kitchen appliances
Basic knowledge of refrigeration systems
Ability to read manuals and wiring diagrams
Experience with brands like
Rational, Electrolux, Henny Penny, Hobart
is a plus
Good English communication
UAE experience preferred
Preferred
Technical diploma or certification
Hotel / restaurant / FM background
UAE driving license (advantage)
