Job Description

We are seeking a Service Centre Technician to join the Optical Device Division of Fujifilm Middle East (Dubai Office). In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal functionality of FUJIFILM Optical Devices. Your primary role involves diagnosing and repairing issues with these devices to ensure optimal functionality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Conduct troubleshooting and repairs on Optical Devices, including broadcast & cinema lenses, security cameras, and projectors.
Perform on-site service visits and repairs as needed.
Maintain daily records of repair activities.
Manage and replenish spare parts stocks.
Ensuring the quality of repairs and services. Focus in industry standards and company guidelines to deliver high-quality, reliable repairs.
To familiarize with various brands and models of optical devices and stay informed about any updates or changes in product specifications.
