Job Description
Job Location – Dubai
Salary – AED 3000-4000
Nationality - Asians
-
•Contact existing or potential customers to inform them about our products
•Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
•Take and process orders in an accurate manner
•Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
Job Qualifications and Experience-
•Any Graduate
•Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
•Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
•Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (ERP/CRM software)
•Excellent knowledge of Malayalam, English and Hindi.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
