About the Role

Quest Restaurants Management Ltd is seeking energetic and customer-focused Service Team Members to join our dynamic burger restaurant team in Yas Island, Abu Dhabi.

The ideal candidates will have strong English communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences. You'll be part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where service quality and guest satisfaction come first.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional, friendly service for dine-in, takeaway, and delivery guests. Accurately take and process customer orders using POS systems. Maintain excellent product knowledge of all menu items and promotions. Support sales through upselling and suggestive selling. Keep dining, service, and common areas clean, organized, and guest-ready. Handle customer feedback courteously and escalate issues to the Supervisor or Branch Manager as required. Follow hygiene, grooming, and timekeeping standards at all times.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written) - mandatory. 2-3 years of experience in a restaurant, cafe, or customer service role (burger or casual dining experience preferred). Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and passion for hospitality. Physically fit and able to work on your feet throughout the shift. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
