Job Description

We are hiring an experienced BIM Coordinator (MEP discipline) to join our on-site team for a landmark project on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. This is a high-profile opportunity to be part of one of the UAE's most prestigious developments.

The successful candidate will act as the on-site focal point for BIM MEP coordination, managing technical queries, guiding backend teams, resolving clashes, and ensuring smooth collaboration with client stakeholders. This role requires a technically sound professional who can lead with confidence and deliver results under tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Lead on-site MEP BIM coordination for the project. Handle and resolve technical queries raised by backend and client technical teams. Guide, mentor, and direct backend BIM modelers to ensure accuracy and timely task delivery. Conduct clash detection (Navisworks Manage or equivalent) and drive resolution with both client and backend teams. Ensure strict adherence to project BIM standards, workflows, and client requirements. Participate in coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and client representatives. Provide regular progress and coordination updates to project management.
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline. 5-7 years of proven BIM coordination experience, specifically in MEP services. Strong technical expertise with Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage. Demonstrated ability to resolve clashes and manage technical challenges in complex projects. Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide backend teams effectively. Excellent communication and coordination skills with clients and stakeholders. Must be currently available in UAE and ready to join within 7-10 days. Candidates on visit visa or transferable visa will be given preference.
Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a technical tool test (Revit & Navisworks) before the interview.

Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
