What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead and mentor a team of 10 Property Consultants
- Oversee day-to-day pipeline management and client strategy
- Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Coach agents in closing techniques, objection handling, and negotiation
- Liaise directly with developers for inventory updates and allocations
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in UAE real estate (brokerage or developer)
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing sales teams
- Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages a plus
- Strong knowledge of off-plan, secondary, and luxury markets
- You know how to coach, close, and lead by example
