Manage and monitor Service Module (Data entry, technical support) and serves as point of contact of the headquarters SAP B1 FSM support (error reporting and troubleshooting). 2. Update SAP business partner & enter SAP Equipment Cards / Service Contract assets and agreement. 3. Coordinate & schedule the service jobs of Service technicians in support of Service Manager. 4. Collate all Service Reports from the technicians and input the data into FSM 5. Train Technicians on the Service Module and its upgrades. Service Unit Admin Support 6. Responsible for administrative work and support for the team members in the Service Department. 7. Engage in the Subcontractors Service Agreements and in the verification of Subcontractors\' Invoices related to AMO job orders. 8. Receive phone calls, attend forwarded reactive concerns from Help Desk and dispatch technical team on-duty in a timely manner. 9. Prepare the list of Periodic Maintenance visit in advance to allow advance scheduling of jobs and inform the clients accordingly to prepare all needed documents for job execution. 10. Control spare part stock levels and ensure material is re-ordered or replenished in a timely manner (Technicians Van Stocks). 11. Maintain and update all service records, contact details, etc. & prepare the Key Performance Indicators (KPI\'s) for the Service department. 12. Prepare monthly service reports and related document submissions requested by the major key account Clients Warranty Unit 1. Maintain the Warranty Unit for the Company (Receiving Defect form from clients, scheduling testing by technicians, reporting back to clients, submitting the claim to the company\'s portal, follow up / track the cost of warranty and replenishment of stock
