Responsibilities

Weatherford are looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator with a background in quality and liner hangers.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

To comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.

Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.

To Maintain a Document Control System in Place.

As per audit plan periodically participate on all QHSE audits / follow up audits of the facilities / suppliers and assist in the Continual Improvement.

Preparing Statistical analysis of the QHSE System and report to PL manager

To initiate training along with Department Heads in the countries and make proper arrangements for sending the personnel to the training.

Participate in all QHSE meetings and to report any non-conformances, Near Miss Incident and QHSE Improvement according to the QHSE System.

Ensure OEPS and related processes are understood & adhered to by all staff.

Oversee all workshop quality control and quality assurance activity performed by workshop personnel.

Responsible for maintaining the service history files for rental tools and compiling job package documentation.

Responsible for controlling and maintaining a calibration Management System of: Workshop Equipment's, Testing, Detections and Measuring Equipment's.

Recommend measures to improve methods, performance, and quality to increase efficiency

Coordinate the startup of new operations with a close attention to detail.

Ensure all quality data required by customers is delivered and presented.

Manage all issues affecting service delivery in a timely manner.

Qualifications

+ 7+ years experience in a similar role

+ Must have have a background in quality control and liner hangers

+ Degree in Engineering Mechanical, Chemical or Industrial

+ You must be an Omani citizen
