Oversees fleet-wide operations for New Energy and ICE vehicles Ensures safety, reliability, and service standards Provides technical advice, sets engineering standards, and drives innovation Leads engineering studies and technology projects to improve fleet performance Lead fleet engineering and maintenance programs Analyze audit data to define standards Ensure safety and regulatory compliance Manage budgets and project execution Supervise maintenance of alternative fuel and ICE vehicles Mentor engineering and accident claims teams Promote continuous improvement and innovation Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders Apply data analytics for asset monitoring Maintain workplace safety and business continuity Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies Fleet systems maintenance (air-conditioning, brakes, drivetrain, electronics, steering) New Energy vehicle technology & regulatory compliance Project, change, and innovation management (Level 5) Data analytics, IoT, robotics, and automation Safety culture and incident investigation Vendor and asset monitoring management Budgeting, planning, and people development Advanced communication, leadership, decision-making Creative thinking and problem-solving Bachelor's in Engineering (Master's preferred) 8+ years in engineering/maintenance management Strong knowledge of bus systems and industry standards Proven leadership and cross-functional team management Skilled in budgeting, analytics, and stakeholder collaboration
