Project / site management.
Carry out the job assigned for water treatment for customer.
Liaison with sales team, contractors and our suppliers and provide smooth water treatment to our client.
Maintenance / commissioning of all kinds of water and wastewater treatment plants, technologies such as Clarifiers, filtration softners, UV systems, CU-AG Ionization, UF, EDI, RO, DM plants, Aeration, MBBR, MBR etc.
Trouble shotting of water treatment plants.
Site coordination and site management.
Safety management on site.
Client management and understanding the priority and expectation of the client and satisfying the same for the good will of the company.
Operation & Maintenances.
Analysis of water parameters.
Coordinate with client regarding site readiness to commence new installation activities.
Optimize the plant performance to the designed commitment.
Diagnosing and providing recommendation in process - oriented issues.
Preparation of method statement. Checklist , RA (Risk Assessment) for installation, Testing & Commissioning.
Generating monthly O&M, AMC services report, monthly production & chemical consumption report and water analysis report.
Surveying and submitting report of the actual/as built site condition with recommendation to sales team prior to bidding.
In site-Apply & Close the work permit and maintain the safety rules.
Developing process engineering in support of day-to-day operations, maintenance and monitor activities.
Monitoring/evaluating performance & maintaining water treatment plant.
Material handling, BOQ, installation, incoordination with engineering team for erection & commissioning.
Troubleshooting in the following areas - UF, RO, MBR, DAF, MMF, Softner, UV, CU-AG Ionization, DE-Ionization, Dialysis, CSSD, PUMPS, Process water treatment, wastewater, domestic water, grey water, TSE recycling treatment & water treatment plants.
Providing technical inputs for operating procedures.
O&M of UF, RO, MBR, DAF, MMF, Softner, UV-CU-AG Ionization, DE-Ionization, Dialysis, CSSD, PUMPS etc.
Commissioning & troubleshooting, coordinating with suppliers for water treatment controllers, dosing systems, and associated equipment.
Coordinating with equipment suppliers for troubleshooting the dosing systems (Controllers, Pump, Sensors) etc.
Programming & Interface the controllers to BMS/SCADA and Control Panels / Electrical Panel.
Knowledge on ethernet/IP address communication.
Review current treatment program (Case Study) & provide enhanced technical support.
Biological control measures based on onsite spot/lab test methods.
Calibration of special sensors like PH, Conductivity, Turbidity, ORP, Flow sensors, water quality measurement online sensors etc.
Maintain schedules and reports of work planned and completed in accordance with the administrative systems operated by the company.
It will be your responsibility to support Culligan in all aspects of work mainly related to water treatment chemicals, to provide after sales service to existing and new customers.
