to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality and performance of completed interior projects by managing post-handover support, snag resolution, and client service.
This role is critical to maintaining client satisfaction, ensuring smooth defect rectification, and supporting the seamless operation of high-end commercial, residential, or retail fit-outs.
Key Responsibilities
Perform post-handover inspections and identify snags or defects in interior fit-out works.
Address and resolve service calls related to joinery, partitions, ceilings, flooring, and decorative finishes.
Communicate directly with clients to understand service issues and manage expectations.
Coordinate rectification works with in-house teams, contractors, and suppliers.
Prepare service and snagging reports, maintain documentation, and ensure proper handover after defect resolution.
Assist in minor repair works when needed during defect liability periods.
Ensure service activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE regulations.
Support the Facilities Management (FM) team with observations on interior-related MEP issues, if applicable.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent.
2-4 years of experience in a service, snagging, or post-handover support role within the interior fit-out industry.
Strong technical knowledge of interior finishes, materials, and construction detailing.
Ability to read and interpret architectural/shop drawings.
Good understanding of MEP coordination within interior works.
Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
UAE/ driving license preferred.
