Job Title: Service Crew cum Cashier
Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Service Crew cum Cashier to support daily operations by assisting customers, handling transactions, and ensuring smooth front-of-house service. This role combines customer service duties with cashier responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and take orders accurately Operate the cash register or POS system and handle payments Issue receipts and manage cash responsibly Assist with serving food or beverages as needed Maintain cleanliness of service and cashier areas Handle customer inquiries and provide basic assistance Follow company procedures for cash handling and customer service
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, honest, and customer-focused attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic math and cash-handling skills Willingness to work flexible shifts
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
Previous experience as service crew or cashier Experience using POS systems
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED2,300.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
