Service Crew
Job Description
Greet the guest once they enter in outlet and explain the menu, promotions and products.
? Answer questions about menu items, make recommendations upon request.
? Describe the ingredients and the cooking methods.
? Take the customer orders and make smart suggestions
? Monitor the Order delivery time and update your customer accordingly.
? Follow the direction of supervisor and managers.
? Ensure that condiments such as sauces and napkins are added to the packaged food items.
? Assemble meals on a tray and offer the tray to the customers.
? Follow the Cash Procedures mentioned as follow: o Always announce the Total bill Amount. o Announce the bill received from the customer. o Count and hand over the change to the customer. Keep the notes face down in the cash drawer.
? Achieve set objectives and Targets.
? Assist customer with special needs ie. Ladies, kids, customer with heavy bags etc.
? Suggest ideas to improve business and service.
? Contribute towards cost controls.
? Handle customer complaints.
? Keep up with the brand image at all times.
? Assist you supervisor for stock/ inventory checking.
