Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner. Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or preparation staff. Serve food and beverages promptly and correctly. Handle cash and process payments using POS systems. Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and set up properly. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively. Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times. Assist in opening and closing duties including cleaning, stocking, and organizing supplies. Work as part of a team to deliver a smooth and efficient service.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in customer service or food service is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. Basic math skills for handling transactions.
