This position takes charge in providing good customer relations, while maintaining smooth dining operations consistently. Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the area. This also takes charge in training of all incoming service crew.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Product Preparation and assembly
- In-charge of beverages & dessert product
- Coordinating to Head Cook for any ingredients to be prepared in the kitchen.
2. Provides good customer relations
- Greets and assists customers as soon as they enter the store.
- Ensure that the standard serving time is followed (should follow up orders if order is already delayed).
- Ensures customer satisfaction by assisting them with their orders and other needs. Ensures compliance to the Standard Operating Procedures (Sequence of Service) in the dining area.
- In-charge passing the product out from the kitchen to the server. While doing a final evaluation of particular product.
- Taking charge of assembling and packing of Take-away and delivery orders.
3. Maintains counter and personal grooming. Maintains cleanliness of the counter and counter equipment.
4. Preparation of the following reports:
- FOH Endorsement logbook
5. Ensures cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area
- Ensures that the dining tables and chairs are clean and organized at all times.
- Ensure that the condiments on the condiment section are complete and organized.
- Ensures that the dispensers used for condiments are clean and free from foul odor and/or foreign objects.
- Ensures that all utensils used in the dining area are clean at all times.
6. Must have product knowledge
- Must know all the products available and their prices.
- Assists in order taking, especially during peak hours while practicing suggestive selling.
7. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time such as:
- Food assembly/dispatch
- Cleans facade area; Glass panel, floor cleaning, plantation, etc.
8. Ensures that all newly hired service crew are properly oriented and trained in all SOPs in the dining area.

- Pest Control Manual
- Food Safety Manual
5.Experience
- At least with 1 year experience as a Service Crew

- Able to communicate or deal well with co-employees and customers
- Able to effectively train incoming service crew
- Able to anticipate customers needs (verbal & non verbal)
- Read customers body language
- Ability to handle customers of various nationality
