Job Description
Service Crew - Duties and Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide a positive dining or service experience Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards Operate cash registers and handle payments correctly Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and restrooms Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times Assist customers with inquiries, menu details, and special requests Ensure orders are completed correctly and delivered promptly Restock supplies and ingredients as needed Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary Follow company policies, procedures, and safety regulations Support opening and closing duties, including setup and cleanup

Pay: From QAR1,500.00 per month
