Take customer orders accurately and answer questions about menu items.
Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
Ensure customer satisfaction by checking back and providing additional assistance.
Food & Beverage Preparation
Prepare food items according to company recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
Assemble orders quickly and accurately.
Prepare beverages such as coffee, tea, juices, or specialty drinks (if applicable).
Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Point of Sale (POS) Operations
Operate cash registers, process payments, and issue receipts.
Handle cash transactions responsibly and maintain proper cash control.
Upsell or suggest additional items to increase sales.
Store Cleanliness & Maintenance
Clean dining areas, counters, tables, and trays regularly.
Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, food prep areas, and restrooms.
Dispose of trash and ensure proper waste management.
Refill supplies such as condiments, utensils, and napkins.
Teamwork & Coordination
Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure smooth operations.
Assist co-workers during busy hours or when additional help is needed.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff for order accuracy and speed.
Inventory & Stock Management
Restock ingredients, packaging, and other supplies as needed.
Monitor inventory levels and inform supervisors when items are running low.
Follow proper rotation methods (FIFO--First In, First Out).
Compliance & Safety
Follow all company policies, procedures, and hygiene standards.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Use equipment safely and report any malfunctions or hazards.
