About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic

Waiters

to join our team at

Astropods Gaming Lounge

. You will provide friendly and efficient table service, promote our food and drinks menu, and ensure customers have an excellent experience while gaming.

Key Duties

Greet customers and take food & drink orders accurately. Upsell menu items, promotions, and combos to increase sales. Deliver orders quickly and ensure customer satisfaction. Keep tables and service areas clean and organized. Handle customer requests and resolve issues politely. Work closely with the kitchen, barista, and gaming staff for smooth service.

Requirements

2+ year of waiter/service experience preferred (cafe, restaurant, or lounge). Strong communication and customer service skills. Positive, sales-focused attitude and team spirit. Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Must be in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
