Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner Take accurate customer orders and process them efficiently Assist in food preparation and presentation when required Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly Support team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or F&B role preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
