We are looking for a dynamic
Service Coordinator
to manage and expand the after-sales service business (Post-Warranty / Warranty) for
Home Appliances (HA)
in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
Manage service operations for HA products (Repairs, AMCs, Paid Services).
Build strong customer relationships & ensure prompt complaint resolution.
Drive revenue through AMCs, paid service campaigns, and spare parts sales.
Lead & train technicians for efficient service delivery.
Ensure compliance with Qatar Consumer Protection laws.
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Electronics, or Business Management.
2-5 years' experience
in HA service operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
Strong knowledge of HA products (Refrigerators, Washing Machines, ACs, Cooking Ranges, etc.).
Experience with leading brands such as
LG, Samsung, Whirlpool, etc.
preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication & problem-solving skills.
English mandatory; Arabic an advantage.
Qatar Driving License preferred.
