Essential Responsibilities: The Services Center Manager is responsible for all mobile water treatment daily operation in the region, he has the ownership of a large fleet that is deployed in multiple countries in MEA region. Its a key role to support an exponential growth of the MEA Service Organization while making sure that client processes are being followed and we are in compliance with the company policies. Manage the Mobile Service Center daily operation Own EHS in the Service Center and maintain the highest safety standards at all times Responsible for the QA/QC of the new built equipment as well as what is coming back from customer sites Create, organize and maintain records of all maintenance activities performed on the fleet Liaise with the Field Service Representative on all field issues related to the mobile units Work with logistics to move equipment in the Service Center and out to customer sites Travel to customer site when equipment is installed for commissioning supervision and operators training Work on improvement and upgrade plans for the Service Center Report Service Center financials to the management on a regular basis including spending and budget Manage the maintenance team in the region, organize their time and tasks while making sure they have what they need to complete their job Work on preventive maintenance plans for all the units Manage mobile fleet spare parts and inventory Communicate with vendors for units refurbishment and maintenance work Review refurbishment costs and open workflows for the work and drive them to closure Communicate with the global Service Centers, engineering and process teams for support when needed Work with design team to improve assets based on feedback from the field Manage the vendors and contractors that work with in the Service Center and on the units in the field Work with the Operations & Sourcing teams to issue Purchase Requisitions Expedite the suppliers for on-time delivery Perform Goods Receipt (GRs) manually or in the ERP system Generate, maintain, and communicate weekly reports of fleet testing progress, condition and availability Communicate with clients on issues related to the fleet and assist in resolving them Own local assets fabrication and work on cost and lead times
Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor degree in Engineering is preferred 3-5 years similar experience required Strong knowledge in water treatment processes is a must Experience in Seawater RO, Brackish RO, mixed beds and EDI systems operation and maintenance Experience in suppliers management SAP is an asset Finance knowledge is an asset
