The Services Center Coordinator will be responsible to do all the coordination for the daily activities in the Service Center. The MEA region is growing fast and there will be a lot to do to sustain this growth.
Objectives: Work closely with the Service Center Team, Procurement, Logistics and with other stakeholders to support the daily activities in the Service Center.
Coordinate with and expedite the sourcing team for issuance of purchase orders
Liaise with the site teams and get the correct technical details for the spares or replacement parts needed
Expedite suppliers post PO placement for on-time delivery and timely document issuance against purchase order requirements
Review the technical details with the suppliers for the ordered parts
Evaluate quotations and make decisions with the Service Center Manager
Coordinate with various site teams to update them with delivery status and/or to confirm material deliveries
Perform Goods Receipt (GR) in the ERP system (SAP)
Follow up on vendor invoice booking and coordinate with Account Payable (AP) team for suppliers payment
Supporting the Service Center Team in other coordination activities deemed necessary
Work with the Logistics team to manage fleet and materials movements
Assist in creating and collecting shipping documents for the fleet and material
Generate weekly reports for suppliers invoicing and material delivery status
Create and drive continuous improvement and simplification initiatives
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering is preferred
Proven technical knowledge of the water treatment equipment and parts
Excellent computer and administration skills
Good command of the English language
Excellent organization, communication and Coordination skills
Excellent in Time Management
Experience in ERP systems, SAP is an asset
Ability to coordinate between different departments (Procurement, Logistics, Finance and Operations)
Knowledge in logistics and shipping procedures within the region is an asset
