Job Overview

We are looking for a

professional and customer-focused Service Advisor / Service Engineer

to join our automobile service center. You will act as the

key point of contact between customers and the workshop

, ensuring smooth service operations and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and

assess customer service requests

and vehicle issues Explain

diagnostic results, repair options, and service costs

to customers Schedule and coordinate vehicle services, repairs, and maintenance efficiently Liaise with workshop technicians to ensure

timely and quality service delivery

Prepare

service estimates, invoices, and work orders

Maintain accurate records of vehicle history, service details, and parts used Follow up with customers to ensure

service satisfaction and feedback

Assist in

troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle issues

(for Service Engineer role) Keep the service area organized and comply with

safety and quality standards


Key Requirements

Minimum 2-4 years experience

in automobile service/vehicle repair industry Strong understanding of

vehicle diagnostics, mechanical, and electrical systems

Excellent

customer service and communication skills

(English mandatory; Hindi/Arabic preferred) Problem-solving, organized, and able to work under pressure Knowledge of

workshop management systems (DMS/CRM)
