We are looking for a professional and customer-focused
Service Advisor
to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between customers and our technical team, ensuring excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers, understand their service requirements, and provide accurate information.
Prepare service estimates, explain repair details, and obtain customer approvals.
Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely completion of services and repairs.
Update customers on the progress of their vehicles and address any concerns.
Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automobile industry.
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and service management software.
Diploma/Degree in Automobile Engineering or related field preferred.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
