To manage the flow of the incoming clients and keep track of their time consumed in the shop while providing customer service. To effectively collaborate with team members in setting and achieiving business targets and goals.

About You
Ideally considered candidates:
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or any relevant field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of Service experience in the Automotive Dealership.
- Experienced in Service and Body shop work and ethnicity.
- Efficiency in customer service.
- Knowledgeable in Troubleshooting, Mechanical & Engineering Expertise
- Microsoft applications professional user plus proficiency with Industry-Specific Software.
- Expert level in speaking, reading, and writing in English and Arabic.
- Must have valid Kuwaiti Transferable residency (18)
