Job Description
Apply only if the candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry in the UAE.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare repair estimates and schedule repair jobs. Analyze work orders and discuss required work with the concerned team. Prepare invoices and other mandatory documentation. Handle customer calls and respond to email inquiries professionally. Perform customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction. Conduct after-sales follow-ups and develop strong customer relationships. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of UAE experience
in the automotive industry. Proven experience inHCV and LCV commercial vehicle repair workshops
. Excellent communication and customer-handling skills. Fluency inHindi, English, and Malayalam
is mandatory. Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.Nationality:
Any nationality may apply.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
