Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assess their service needs
Accurately create job cards, explain work scope, and provide service estimates
Coordinate with technicians and workshop teams to ensure timely service delivery
Keep customers informed on repair progress and obtain approvals for additional work
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build long-term client relationships
Maintain detailed records of service history and customer feedback
Handle warranty and insurance claims processing (if applicable)
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent; technical background in automotive/marine systems is a plus
2+ years experience in a service advisor or customer-facing workshop role
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in job card systems and workshop management software (SAP & Oracle)
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple service jobs
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Experience:
Knowledge of engine systems, diagnostics, or marine propulsion components
Experience in working with high-end vehicles, boats, or commercial fleets
Familiarity with parts inventory and repair timelines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
