Job Description
Greet customers, understand their vehicle concerns, and explain recommended services clearly and professionally.
Create accurate service orders, estimates, and keep customers updated on repair progress and costs.
Communicate repair needs to technicians and ensure timely and efficient service completion.
Review completed work with customers, explain charges, and ensure customer satisfaction post-service.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years UAE experience as Service advisor - Agency or workshop Strong interpersonal and communication skills. experience of using service software and diagnostic systems.

License/Certification:
* UAE Driving License (Preferred)
