Job Summary

We are looking for a

customer-focused and technically sound Service Advisor

to join our automobile service team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between customers and the workshop, ensuring excellent service experience, accurate job card preparation, timely delivery, and strong follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and understand vehicle service/repair requirements Open job cards with accurate customer and vehicle details Explain service procedures, repairs, costs, and timelines clearly to customers Coordinate with workshop technicians and service in-charge for job progress Ensure timely delivery of vehicles as per promised timelines Conduct service follow-ups and customer satisfaction calls Upsell value-added services, accessories, and maintenance packages Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure resolution Maintain service records, invoices, and warranty documentation Ensure compliance with company policies and OEM standards
Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's in Automobile or related field Proven experience as a

Service Advisor / Service Consultant

in an automobile workshop Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, maintenance, and repairs Excellent communication and customer-handling skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Basic computer skills (DMS, MS Excel, email) Team player with a positive and professional attitude
Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in

multi-brand or authorized automobile service centers

Valid UAE driving license (added advantage) Immediate joiners preferred
