We are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented
Automobile Service Advisor
to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the communication link between customers and the workshop team, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers, understand their service requirements, and create job cards accurately.
Inspect vehicles with customers and explain required repairs, service packages, and maintenance recommendations.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely diagnosis and completion of service jobs.
Communicate service progress, repair updates, and cost estimates to customers.
Upsell value-added services, maintenance packages, and accessories.
Ensure proper documentation of service history, customer complaints, and repair records.
Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain knowledge of automotive systems, warranty policies, and service procedures.
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure quick resolutions.
Ensure adherence to workshop safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
Strong technical knowledge of vehicles, diagnostics, and service operations.
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in preparing job cards, estimates, and service reports.
Good computer skills (MS Office, service management systems).

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
