Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Automobile Service Advisor

to manage customer service and workshop coordination in a fast-paced UAE automobile service environment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of vehicle servicing, excellent customer handling skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively between customers, technicians, and the spare parts team.

Experience minimum 3 years as Service Advisor

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Handling & Service Coordination

Greet customers and understand vehicle service and repair requirements. Prepare accurate

job cards, service estimates, and quotations

. Explain service details, costs, and timelines clearly to customers. Obtain customer approvals before carrying out additional work. Coordinate with

technicians and workshop supervisors

for timely job completion. Monitor job progress and ensure adherence to promised delivery timelines. Conduct basic vehicle inspection and recommend preventive maintenance. Coordinate with the

spare parts department

for parts availability and issuance. Ensure correct billing and job closure as per company procedures. Handle warranty claims and service package processing where applicable. Follow up with customers on job status and delivery. Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure resolution. Ensure high

Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)

scores. Maintain accurate records in

DMS / ERP systems

. Update service history, invoices, and job documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
