Job Description
The idea person will responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Our workshop service department.
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Listen to customers\' concerns and vehicle issues.
- Clearly explain service options and recommendations to customers.
- Provide cost estimates and obtain customer approval for services.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles and any changes to the estimated completion time.
- Maintain a good understanding of automotive systems and services.
- Consult with technicians when necessary to address technical questions from customers.

- Be knowledgeable about warranty coverage and service procedures.

- Minimum 2 years UAE Experience as service advisor (Light/Heavy Vehicle workshop or Garage or agency)
- Degree or Diploma
- Good communication skills, Arabic language skill advantage
- Preferred person with Light Vehicle driving license, but its not mandatory
- Visit or cancelled visa candidates who can join immediately.
- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- UAE Driving License (Preferred)
