About the Role
We're on the lookout for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our growing real estate team. In this role, you'll guide a team of agents, drive sales, and ensure top-notch service for our clients.
What You'll Do:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of motivated Off-Plan real estate agents Drive team sales performance through hands-on coaching and strategic leadership Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of trends and buyer behavior Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, clients, and key stakeholders Foster a positive, success-driven, and high-energy team culture Achieve and exceed both individual and team sales targets
What We're Looking For:
Minimum
3-4 years of proven experience
in Dubai Real Estate Strong track record in personal sales. Solid understanding of market trends, project launches, and buyer expectations Excellent leadership, mentorship, and communication skills ValidUAE Driving License + own car
