Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Telecaller with Real Estate experience
to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up with clients, and supporting the sales team in closing property deals. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for real estate, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote property listings and real estate projects.
Respond to incoming inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to convert them into sales opportunities.
Schedule property viewings and coordinate with the sales team.
Provide accurate information about properties, pricing, and payment plans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Meet and exceed monthly call and conversion targets.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 6 months -1 year of tele calling experience in the
real estate industry
(UAE experience preferred).
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Languages:
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic, , or other languages is an advantage.
