Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate agents
Drive sales performance and ensure monthly and quarterly targets are met
Generate and distribute qualified leads to team members
Monitor daily activities, calls, site visits, and closures
Support agents in negotiations and deal closures
Prepare sales reports and provide performance feedback to management
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum
2+ years of experience
as a Team Leader in Dubai real estate
