What You'll Do

• Lead onsite merchandising, product placement, and search optimization across multiple Al-Futtaim e-commerce sites
• Improve website KPIs by enhancing visibility, availability, and conversion through strategic digital trading
• Manage tagging and analytics implementation using Google Tag Manager, including server-side tagging and custom event tracking
• Ensure accurate GA4 tracking, reporting, and BigQuery data exports, plus app analytics via Adjust/Appsflyer
• Build reports and dashboards using Looker Studio or BI tools, and perform SQL-based analysis in BigQuery
• Drive campaign measurement and attribution across paid media, SEO, email, and influencer campaigns
• Conduct QA on analytics tracking using dev tools, GTM preview, and proxy testing solutions
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, Consent Mode v2, and manage cookie consent systems like Cookiebot
• Support homepage updates, promotional launches, and work closely with cross-functional teams to execute digital campaigns effectively

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Data Analytics, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in e-commerce merchandising and website performance analysis
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce trading, UX, and search optimization strategies
• Hands-on expertise with GTM, GA4, BigQuery, SQL, and app analytics platforms
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for debugging; knowledge of headless e-commerce platforms is an advantage
• Experience managing UTM structures, attribution models, and analytics quality assurance
• Knowledge of privacy compliance, consent management, and data automation (Google Apps Script or Python preferred)
• Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and attention to detail
