Position Overview
As a Senior Business Analyst - T24, you will lead functional analysis and solution delivery for AA and TPH modules in a dynamic banking environment. You will be responsible for end-to-end requirement gathering, documentation, UAT support, and coordination between business and IT. The role is focused on delivering successful migrations from legacy modules and ensuring operational excellence in core banking systems.
What You'll Do

• Act as the functional SME for T24 AA and TPH modules across retail, corporate, and Islamic banking
• Lead business requirement workshops and prepare FSDs, test cases, and impact assessments
• Support core banking upgrades and migrations, especially from LD and MM to AA modules
• Work closely with development teams to deliver enhancements and resolve production issues
• Coordinate and support UAT, defect resolution, and liaise with Temenos where escalation is required
• Manage change requests, incidents, and ensure documentation is updated as per standards
• Align delivery with SDLC processes, release cycles, and compliance requirements

Ideal Profile

• Minimum 10 years of T24 Core Banking experience with strong focus on AA and TPH
• Proven track record in T24 implementation, migration, and functional support projects
• Solid experience with Islamic banking products and workflows
• Strong command of Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Unix, Windows, Java, IBM WAS, and MQ
• Familiar with T24 modules: AA Customer, Accounts, Deposits, Funds Transfer, TPH, GL mapping, etc.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related IT field
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
• Exposure to agile delivery models and incident management best practices
