• Develop and manage marketing newsletters, handling content planning, creation, testing, deployment, and post-campaign analysis.
• Ensure email content and design are optimized for multiple devices to provide a seamless user experience.
• Oversee CRM tool utilization for improved efficiency and performance.
• Monitor and analyze customer lifetime value strategies to drive profitability.
• Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and share best practices across the business.
• Provide internal support for marketing projects and coordinate with external partners and agencies when necessary.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM or digital marketing roles, preferably in the retail sector.
• Strong hands-on experience with Braze CRM platform.
• Professional qualification in digital marketing is an advantage.
