Position Purpose As a senior valuation specialist, you research the automotive market in the GCC and beyond. You analyze automotive pricing, supply, and trends. You improve our existing big data. You do data research, dealer visits and mystery shopping. You work with our in-house built-in tools to maintain our database and you work with the BI tools to analyze lots of data to take better decisions. You help customers in their vehicle related inquiries. You get a chance to work with big data. You work closely with your valuation colleagues, data science team, software developers, customer success managers, and senior management. Primary Responsibilities ? Maintain and further improve the quality of our valuations database and be the subject matter expert answering specific valuation questions. ? Provide the development team with detailed requirements to further improve the automation and learning in the database as well as for the development of our client phasing products. ? Identify and activate new data-sources and help with our transition to a big data and machine learning environment. ? To maintain our unparalleled quality of our valuations database and to strengthen our products. Qualifications and Skills ? Preferably you have advanced excel skills and experience using some BI tools e.g., Power BI, QlikView or similar. ? You have a minimum of 5 years? experience in buying and selling cars in GCC or related automotive business. ? Proven experience and track record in buying/selling cars, preferably working in an OEM or official dealership or in the automotive industry or an automotive data company. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships. ? Familiarity with automotive dealerships, franchised and independent, as well as OEMs. ? Self-motivated and driven to meet targets. ? Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with the product development and data science team. ? Bachelor's degree. Language Skills ?
