Senior Subcontracts Specialist - (2204451)
Job Overview: The Senior Subcontracts Specialist is a key Role from start to Project closeout. Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Prepare Subcontract deliverables include Project Procedures
- Prepare RFQ Packages, CBE and coordinate TBE
- Assist Subcontract Manager /Sr. Subcon Specialist to award contract.
- Follow-up with periodic progress and assist payment
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 3-5 years progressively responsible experience in Subcontract activities in technical and EPCS
- Ability to prepare negotiation strategies / techniques and participate / lead negotiations
- Good knowledge of project subcontract execution
- Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
- Strives to continuously build knowledge and skills; meets commitments
- Good Time Management Skills
- Good Communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Program
- Strong Prioritization
- Organization Skills
- Ability to Handle Confidential Information
- Multitask and a Team Player
