Job Purpose:

To lead and enhance Farneks training strategy for housekeeping and cleaning teams by developing best-in-class training programs aligned with 5-star hospitality standards, and global certifications such as BICSc, ISSA, and GBAC. The role supports Farneks vision of delivering smart, sustainable, and technology-driven service excellence across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver structured housekeeping and cleaning training programs aligned with luxury hotel and 5-star hospitality standards. Integrate international cleaning and hygiene standards from

BICSc

,

ISSA

, and

GBAC

into Farneks training framework. Develop and implement SOPs, checklists, and training content tailored to various service environments (hospitality, commercial, healthcare, and residential). Promote infection prevention and biorisk cleaning protocols through

GBAC-aligned

training modules. Utilize

Farneks LMS platform

and e-learning tools to roll out, track, and evaluate training effectiveness. Conduct audits, skills assessments, and refresher courses to ensure consistent service delivery across sites. Drive training engagement using mobile learning, video-based tutorials, gamification, and digital badges.


Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and HR teams to ensure alignment between training, client expectations, and KPIs.


Support new employee onboarding, subcontractor training, and project mobilization initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Training, or related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a housekeeping management or training role, preferably within a 5-star hotel or FM service provider. Expertise in

BICSc

,

ISSA

, and

GBAC

cleaning protocols and certification processes. Proven experience in using

Learning Management Systems (LMS)

and digital training platforms. Strong leadership, facilitation, and communication skills. Passionate about technology-led learning and service innovation.

Preferred Certifications:

BICSc Certified Trainer or Assessor GBAC Certified Technician ISSA CIMS Certification * Train-the-Trainer (TOT) Certification or equivalent
