Role Overview

The

Senior Trainer - Cleaning Services

will lead technical and behavioral training initiatives for Urban Company's cleaning partners across Dubai. The role ensures every professional is trained, certified, and aligned with UC's quality, hygiene, and customer service standards, while also driving continuous upskilling and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging training sessions on

home and deep cleaning techniques

, equipment use, and chemical safety. Conduct

soft skills and customer service training

to enhance professionalism and client satisfaction. Manage

onboarding, certification, and refresher programs

for new and existing cleaning partners. Adapt UC's global training modules for

UAE-specific requirements

, including hygiene and safety regulations. Audit field performance, identify skill gaps, and design targeted upskilling interventions. Maintain training MIS -- attendance, assessments, certification status, and performance metrics. Collaborate with

Category Managers, Quality, and Operations teams

to align training outcomes with business goals.

Skills & Competencies

Strong expertise in

cleaning operations, tools, and chemical handling

. Excellent

training facilitation and communication skills

, with multicultural sensitivity. Knowledge of

learning methodologies

and visual/digital training aids. Ability to evaluate training impact through data and feedback loops.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma (Hospitality / Facility Management preferred).

5-7 years of total experience

, including

3+ years in training roles

within Cleaning, FM, or Hospitality sectors. Prior experience in

blue-collar / partner workforce training

in the UAE or GCC. Multilingual:

English and Hindi/Urdu

mandatory;

Arabic/Tagalog

an advantage. Familiar with

UAE hygiene, safety, and labor compliance standards
