Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires.
• Design and customize training modules for soft skills, technical, and cultural development.
• Deliver engaging training programs to employees across different functions.
• Monitor training progress through assessments, discussions, and appraisals.
• Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and performance gaps.
• Continuously update and improve course content to maintain relevance and quality.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in L&D, preferably in leisure, entertainment, or hospitality sectors.
• Strong understanding of training design, delivery, and evaluation processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills preferred.
