Key Responsibilities
Issue, reissue, and refund tickets in line with
IATA & BSP
regulations.
Manage high-volume OTA bookings using
GDS platforms
(Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).
Calculate fares accurately and optimize flight routing for cost and convenience.
Advise customers on airline policies, visa requirements, and travel regulations.
Resolve booking issues, schedule changes, and disruptions quickly and professionally.
Collaborate with airlines and partners to secure the best outcomes for clients.
Support and train junior ticketing staff in OTA processes.
Consistently meet or exceed operational KPIs and service targets
