We are Business Line, Group of Companies including Travel and Tourism (Leisure Line Tourism Services LLC) in Dubai looking a suitable candidate for the role of

Ticketing Agent' With Amadeus Software Experience.

The candidate should:

Play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with booking and managing their travel arrangements.

Your responsibilities will involve issuing tickets, processing reservations, and ensuring passengers have a seamless travel experience.

Responsibilities:

Planning and selling transportations, accommodations, insurance and other travel services Book transportation, make hotel reservations and make proper consult the clients. Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages Handle payments, refunds, and payment-related inquiries, ensuring compliance with financial procedures. Maintain accurate records of transactions, passenger information, and ticketing-related paperwork in accordance with company policies.

Requirements and skills

Keen eye for accuracy when processing tickets and handling customer information. Comfortable using reservation systems, ticketing software's like Amadeus, Galileo and basic office applications. (IATA Certificate)
Experience:

UAE Travel agency ticketing agent: 2 years (Required)Please don't apply if you don't have Experience in ticketing Industry
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
