Aim of the job:

Generation of business growth versus the previous year and Achieve 100% of the sales goal as planned quarterly and annually.

Main accountabilities:

  • Applies business analytics to recognize opportunities, strengths, trends, and to monitor the performance vs the business plan. Adjusts the plan to minimize the impact of competition and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Accomplishes the quarterly, monthly, and weekly prioritized goals and objectives through the efficient use of time and resources.
  • Routinely follows the sales processes to consistently grow the customer's base along the selling cycle.
  • Continuously develops the knowledge necessary to represent our complete product portfolio to all customer segments in a professional manner.
  • Regularly ensures customer satisfaction with all our products and services by providing the education required in for the proper product application by linking the features to the relevant benefits.
  • Manages long term business relationships externally and internally in a cooperative, timely and efficient manner.
  • Attends O.R with all focus specialties 3 days a week at least.
  • Deep understanding and Knowledge of the Biosurgery -specific business details.
  • Conducts in-service training sessions on targeted NPIs to HCPs (surgeons and nurses).

  • Achieve 100% of the growth goal required by the end of each quarter and the year.
  • A clear relationship between call activity/resource allocation and sales results with target customers.
  • Consistently increases the number of calls that advance the customer along the selling cycle.

Qualifications

Experience Required

  • Bachelor's Degree of Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or Medical science.
  • Minimum 5 years Experience in medical devices – Biosurgery portfolio.
  • strong understanding of Key account management principles
  • Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills with enthusiasm and determined to succeed.
  • Excellence in NUPCO processes.
  • Customer Focus, innovation, and self-confidence.
  • Ability to speak fluent English and Arabic is a plus.
  • Tender management knowledge.

Technical Specific Skills:

  • Medical Knowledge of procedures and anatomy of different types of Surgeries
